The staff was incredibly helpful and friendly, always going above and beyond to assist with any needs or questions. I particularly enjoyed the fabulous breakfast bar, especially the delicious mimosa's. The beds were comfortable and the rooms had everything we needed, including a kettle for tea in the evening. I also loved the local music in the park, adding a touch of charm to our stay.
While there were a few minor drawbacks, such as limited food selection and poor quality breads and pastries during breakfast, these were outweighed by the overall positive experience. The hotel had a great location for tourism, offering beautiful views of Santa Maria Novella from the dining room.
